I have a feeling society's going back to basics, in the sense that our future homes could resemble the Hobbit houses or the grass domes of the Teletubbies.
It makes sense right? Use natural architecture to build structures that grow with nature, rather than consume and destroy like we're been doing for this past century. We're running out of resources, but we haven't run out of ideas. I think it's certainly plausible, and there are already people putting sustainable ideas into practice.
